How it Works
A four hour appointment, broken up into two visits
Visit One - The Exam: Expect to work at this visit, with over two hours of data collecting and collaborative efforts, you and Dr. Lon get into the weeds of your current health state. From a VO2 Max test, to a Point-Of-Care Ultrasound of All Arteries, testing is completely comprehensive, with more tests sent home tailored to each individual.
Visit Two - The Plan: Once all tests are resulted, you’ll meet with Dr. Lon for 90 minutes to translate those findings into a lifestyle-based plan of action that meets your specific goals.
