What is Functional Psychiatry?
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Sara Adrados works closely with Dr. Lon to deliver personalized, effective care for her patients. Sara delivers comprehensive psychiatric services, including medication management, diagnostics, and treatment. Drawing from a functional medicine perspective and expertise in medication tapering, she emphasizes responsible prescribing practices while supporting patients throughout their mental health journey. Personalized Non-Medical Offerings:
In addition to our psychiatric offerings, we provide a range of personalized non-medical services to support our patients
Direct Email Access: Our patient portal allows you to communicate with us for non-urgent matters during normal business hours. For emergencies, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency medical provider—do not use email or text messaging.
Specialist Coordination We work closely with medical specialists and help you select the best specialty care options. Note that our agreement doesn't cover fees from specialists or medical professionals outside our practice.
Visit Types

60 minutes
In-Office Only
Review of presenting symptoms and concerns. Comprehensive assessment of medical, psychiatric, social, and family histories and current medications, if applicable. Discussion of treatment strategy and overall plan of care.

30 minutes
In-Office or Telehealth
Focused on monitoring progress, adjusting treatment plans, medication management, supporting overall mental wellness, and identifying early signs of potential concerns. Though most follow-ups are routine in nature, acute follow-ups are offered for support in urgent but non-emergent cases.
Any lab work not listed here will be obtained outside of clinic, and at the Members expense. This testing can either be billed to a patient’s insurance by the lab, or for a low cash price can be billed to the clinic. If billed to the clinic, we simply pass the charges on to Members
