Visit Types

    In-Person, Video or phone

    Covers the specific benefits of RootMD, as well as our treatment philosophy and answers general questions about the practice

  • In-Person or Video

    Used for Chronic, or undiagnosed issues and second opinions

    Weight management, Athletic optimization, ADHD diagnosis, Autoimmune disorders, Arthritis, Leaky gut, Food sensitivities, Cardiovascular disease, etc

  • In-person, Video or Phone

    Acute or short term issues

    Coughs, Colds, UTIs, Pink eye, Gastroenteritis, etc

  • 1-hour

    In-Person only

    Sports physical (ECG included), Camp or School Physicals for kids with associated forms

    Insurance or Work physicals for adults, with completion of any associated forms

  • 3 hours, spread over 2 visits

    2-hour initial in-person visit includes comprehensive history, complete head-to-toe exam, height, weight, and body composition measurements using the Styku (TM) body composition analyzer, grip strength, resting ECG, heart rate variability, visual acuity, hearing screening, dermoscopy of skin lesions, point-of-care ultrasound of multiple vital organs, and comprehensive labwork orders

    1-hour follow-up visit for results and treatment planning. Either In-person, video or phone

  • 1 hour

    In-person only

    Fee is in addition to any other Visit fees

Members pay wholesale price, Pay When You Need Us patients pay market rate, and Concierge Members pay nothing. Contact us for current cost for each test.

Any lab work not listed here will be obtained outside of clinic, and at the Members expense. This testing can either be billed to a patient’s insurance by the lab, or for a low cash price can be billed to the clinic. If billed to the clinic, we simply pass the charges on to Members

*RootMD offers select in-office blood draws for Labcorp and Quest Diagnostics, with a standard lab draw fee.

Procedures

The below procedures are performed in-clinic, with pricing provided prior to the service. Members pay 60% off the list price, and Concierge Members requiring these procedures pay nothing.

  • Corticosteroid injection that is typically performed for pain or arthritis

  • Wart and non-cancerous skin lesion destruction/removal using liquid nitrogen “cold spray”

  • A biopsy is when you remove a sample of tissue (either part or the entirety of a lesion) to help diagnose atypical or suspicious skin lesions.

  • Intrauterine Device hormonal or non-hormonal birth control placement

    Does not include cost of IUD

  • Removal of IUD birth control

  • Placement of in-arm hormonal birth control implant

    Does not include cost of Nexplanon

  • Removal of in-arm hormonal birth control implant

  • A biopsy where a sampling of the uterine lining is taken to help determine the cause of menopausal bleeding.

  • Partial toenail removal for treatment of in-grown nail

  • For treatment of some certain types of skin infections like abscesses and infected skin cysts.
