Using comprehensive physicals, lab work, long appointments, and keeping up to date on health research, we can guide you to maximize your health span. We provide standard family medical services, including basic physicals, sick visits, basic in office point-of-care testing and office-based procedures as well.

Standard option. A monthly subscription to your doctor’s office. For a flat fee you get all the Membership Advantages listed. All appointment types covered, from functional consultations, where your provider will piece together the puzzle of your healthcare, to acute visits. Skip the urgent care, see your family medicine providers.

Concierge Membership
Premier option. For members needing unlimited access to their doctor, who never want to pay for additional in-clinic services. You get all the Membership Advantages listed, plus you’ll receive your doctor’s cell phone number, we pay for the Galleri Multi-Cancer screening test once (at a time of your choosing), a 3-hour Concierge Physical annually, one home visit is included annually, and you never pay for in clinic procedures. Contact your Doctor by phone, text, or email, any time of day.

We typically are able to respond to member inquiries the same business day, regardless of the communication method. Concierge members will have their doctors cell phone number, so they have 24/7 access to their physician

We have a variety of tests that we run in-clinic from urine analysis and pregnancy testing, to Flu, strep and COVID swabs. So you can know your results before you walk out the door

All our patients are treated through a Functional Medicine approach. It’s treatment beyond the standard of care

We use the VO2 Master to test Basal Metabolic Rate and for exercise VO2 max testing.
